Due to time restraints we may not be able to accommodate patients who arrive more than 15 minutes late. - We kindly request 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment. Cancellation fees are as follows: - If you need to reschedule your appointment kindly give us 24 hours notice - If you are unable to make it to your appointment please call us to reschedule in order to avoid a $25 no-show fee.
