When we confirm your benefits, we’ll determine:

• Does your policy cover acupuncture or other holistic treatments?

• Are there exclusions or limitations in your plan?

• Do you have in-network or out-of-network coverage?

• Do you have a deductible, co-payment, or co-insurance?

• Is there an annual visit or dollar limit for services?

If your plan includes acupuncture (or related integrative services), we will bill your provider directly for the covered portion of your care.

If your policy does not extend to our holistic treatments, we’ll inform you during your complimentary consultation and walk you through alternate payment options. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. For patients without coverage, we offer wellness packages—discounted pre-paid bundles that make regular care more accessible and affordable.

While insurance often applies to acupuncture, therapies such as Reiki, massage, herbal medicine, homeopathy, and cupping are typically not included in standard health plans. However, these treatments can be combined with your care plan and included in package pricing for those paying out of pocket. Our goal is to ensure that all patients have access to the healing therapies they need, regardless of coverage.
